ComfortWise® ZEN Benefits & Features

ComfortWise® Zero Energy Neighborhoods are based on ComfortWise requirements which include an HVAC system designed by a registered engineer, full energy code documentation, field training, inspections and diagnostic testing, and specific energy features like spectrally selective glass and tight ducts. ComfortWise ZEN homes also have solar electricity which harnesses the sun’s power to generate electricity. These homes are 35% more efficient than current energy code and reduce the cooling budget by 40%. Other features may include tankless water heaters, buried ducts, increased insulation, radiant barrier, and increased SEER. Buyers realize a positive cash flow on Day One.
